This website is dedicated to our friends and to our love ones in the Philippines, as well as the people
who are watching and supporting the Jubail Warriors Basketball Team.
Jubail Basketball Association (JUBA) is the only Filipino Basketball Association formed in Jubail, Eastern
Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, organized by President Mr. Nilo Espina, Vice President Audie “Bong” Gutierez
and Secretary Rey Cubiilas held at Jubail Port Basketball Court.
Basketball is one of the most popular sports here in the kingdom especially here in Jubial and majority
of the OFW's love to play and watch the game. This is the only outlet or may I say leisure time they got after long hours
of everyday work.
The team Jubail Warriors is one of the many teams who participated in the tournament, and one of the pioneer
team.
The team was inspired by a group of friends who enjoyed basketball as a sport. Some friends have gone and
some friends have arrive.
Jubail Warriors would like to acknowledge the Previous and Present Managers and supporters of the Team namely
Engr. Cesar Zuniga, LT, Mr. Raul Balmaceda, Mr. Ronald Neypes, Roderick Reyes & Daniel Cantoria, Rene Oarga and current
manager Mr. Robin Polo & Mr. Tristan Ric Alindogan. The Warriors would like to thank also the steady support of Mr. Rolly
Marges (Solicitor General). Mr. Lito Escobido (Transport Manager) and Mr. Sonny Flores (Founder/ Organizer)
